1. Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady korzystania z serwisu znajdującego się pod adresem www.placzabaw.teddyeddie.pl oraz dostępnego w ramach aplikacji mobilnych na systemach Android oraz iOS.
2. Podmiotem prowadzącym serwis jest Edu Bears spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. z siedzibą przy ul. Wolności 347,41-800 Zabrze, NIP: 631 266 05 60, REGON: 363 507 143, KRS: 0000748549, e-mail: placzabaw@teddyeddie.pl , tel: +48 603799712.
Ilekroć w Regulaminie jest mowa o:
1) Edu Bears – należy przez to rozumieć podmiot, o którym mowa w § 1 ust. 2;
2) Akredytowanym Centrum – należy przez to rozumieć akredytowane centrum metody Teddy Eddie, w którym prowadzone są kursy metodą Teddy Eddie;
3) Serwisie Internetowym – należy przez to rozumieć serwis znajdujący się pod adresem www.placzabaw.teddyeddie.pl oraz dostępny w ramach aplikacji mobilnych na systemach Android oraz iOS;
4) Użytkowniku – należy przez to rozumieć podmiot korzystający z Serwisu Internetowego, który nie posiada Konta;
5) Zarejestrowanym Użytkowniku – należy przez to rozumieć podmiot korzystający z Serwisu Internetowego, który posiada Konto oraz który jest opiekunem prawnym Kursanta lub pracownikiem Akredytowanego Centrum;
6) Kursancie – należy przez to rozumieć dziecko będące uczestnikiem kursu Teddy Eddie prowadzonego w Akredytowanym Centrum, któremu Zarejestrowany Użytkownik umożliwił lub zamierza umożliwić faktyczne korzystanie z Serwisu Internetowego;
7) Rejestracji – należy przez to rozumieć skorzystanie przez Użytkownika z funkcjonalności Serwisu Internetowego w postaci formularza służącego do rejestracji przez podanie w nim odpowiednich danych, prowadzące do założenia Konta;
8) Koncie – należy przez to rozumieć funkcjonalność Serwisu Internetowego, umożliwiającą po zalogowaniu się w Serwisie Internetowym za pomocą indywidualnego loginu i kodu, dostęp do zasobów w systemie informatycznym w postaci pełnej wersji Ćwiczeń oraz Nagrań;
9) Ćwiczeniach – należy przez to rozumieć funkcjonalność Serwisu Internetowego umożliwiającą wykonywanie ćwiczeń związanych z nauką języka angielskiego, zgodnie z poleceniami pojawiającymi się na ekranie.
10) Nagraniach – należy przez to rozumieć funkcjonalność Serwisu Internetowego umożliwiającą korzystanie z materiałów dźwiękowych przeznaczonych do nauki języka angielskiego.
1. Edu Bears świadczy w ramach Serwisu Internetowego usługi drogą elektroniczną. Usługi te polegają na:
1) umożliwieniu założenia Konta oraz umożliwieniu dostępu do tego Konta;
2) udostępnieniu Użytkownikom wybranych rodzajów Ćwiczeń; aktualnie dostępne dla Użytkowników Ćwiczenia widoczne są po kliknięciu zakładki „Gość”;
3) udostępnieniu Zarejestrowanym Użytkownikom pełnej wersji Ćwiczeń oraz Nagrań; pełna wersja Ćwiczeń oraz Nagrania są widoczne po kliknięciu zakładki „Logowanie/Rejestracja” i zalogowaniu się przez Zarejestrowanego Użytkownika na Konto;
2. Zarejestrowany Użytkownik ma dostęp do usług, o których mowa w ust. 1.3 tylko w roku szkolnym, w którym Kursant uczęszcza na zajęcia.
3. Użytkownik/Zarejestrowany Użytkownik ma obowiązek korzystania z Serwisu Internetowego w sposób zgodny z niniejszym Regulaminem oraz przepisami prawa. Użytkownik/Zarejestrowany Użytkownik zobowiązany jest do niedostarczania treści o charakterze bezprawnym.
4. Użytkownik/Zarejestrowany Użytkownik ma prawo złożenia reklamacji dotyczącej usług świadczonych elektronicznie, o których mowa w niniejszym paragrafie. Reklamacja może zostać złożona w szczególności za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej na adres placzabaw@teddyeddie.pl lub pisemnie na adres: Edu Bears spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k., ul. Wolności 347, 41800 Zabrze.
5. Edu Bears rozpatrzy reklamację i udzieli na nią odpowiedzi nie później niż w terminie 14 dni od dnia jej otrzymania.
6. W celu prawidłowego korzystania z Serwisu Internetowego i wszystkich jego funkcjonalności niezbędne jest spełnienie wymagań technicznych w postaci: posiadania z dostępem do Internetu, z systemem Windows 10 lub nowszym, OS X 11 lub nowszym (komputer), Android 9.0 lub nowszym, IOS 13.0 lub nowszym (urządzenie mobilne), posiadanie konta poczty elektronicznej (w przypadku Zarejestrowanych Użytkowników), a także zainstalowanie na urządzeniu najnowszej wersji przeglądarki internetowej: Edge, Opera, Google Chrome, lub Mozilla Firefox, lub Safari. W używanej przeglądarce internetowej powinna być włączona obsługa plików cookies.
1. Konto może zostać założone jedynie przez osoby, które są opiekunami prawnymi dzieci będących uczestnikami kursu Teddy Eddie prowadzonego w jednym z Akredytowanych Centrów lub które są pracownikami Akredytowanego Centrum.
2. Założenie Konta wymaga:
1) podania adresu e-mail w Akredytowanym Centrum oraz otrzymania zaproszenia drogą elektroniczną na ww. adres e-mail;
2) wypełnienia formularza służącego do Rejestracji, dostępnego w Serwisie Internetowym, przez podanie wymaganych w nim danych tj. adresu e-mail, o którym mowa w pkt. 1 oraz kodu otrzymanego drogą elektroniczną a także imienia Kursanta lub własnego (w przypadku pracowników Akredytowanego Centrum) – jeżeli jest to wymagane;
3) zaakceptowania postanowień niniejszego Regulaminu i Polityki Prywatności; oświadczenie o akceptacji Regulaminu i Polityki Prywatności składa się drogą elektroniczną poprzez zaznaczenie odpowiednich opcji w trakcie dokonywania Rejestracji;
4) kliknięcia odpowiedniego przycisku kończącego Rejestrację.
3. Zarejestrowany Użytkownik jest zobowiązany do podania w formularzu służącym do Rejestracji danych prawidłowych i zgodnych z rzeczywistością.
4. Potwierdzenie założenia Konta Zarejestrowany Użytkownik otrzymuje w wiadomości e-mail przesłanej na adres podany w formularzu służącym do Rejestracji.
5. Dostęp do Konta jest możliwy po zalogowaniu się w Serwisie Internetowym. Logowanie następuje przez wypełnienie odpowiedniego formularza i podanie wymaganych w nim danych tj. adresu e-mail i kodu oraz kliknięcie przycisku „Zaloguj”.
6. Usługa dostępu do Konta świadczona jest przez czas oznaczony – od chwili uzyskania dostępu do 31 sierpnia następującego po zakończeniu roku szkolnego, w Kursant uzyskał możliwość założenia konta w Serwisie Internetowym. Zarejestrowany Użytkownik ma jednak możliwość zrezygnowania z niej w każdej chwili, bez podawania przyczyny. Rezygnacja z tej usługi może nastąpić przez przesłanie Edu Bears odpowiedniej informacji, w szczególności za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej na adres: placzabaw@teddyeddie.pl lub pisemnie na adres: Edu Bears spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k., ul. Wolności 347, 41-800 Zabrze. Po przesłaniu oświadczenia Edu Bears niezwłocznie usunie Konto Zarejestrowanego Użytkownika.
1. Edu Bears umożliwia Użytkownikom dostęp wybranych rodzajów Ćwiczeń. Ćwiczenia dla Użytkowników dostępne są po kliknięciu zakładki „Gość”. Po jej kliknięciu Użytkownik będzie miał możliwość wyboru odpowiedniego rozdziału, a następnie odpowiedniego Ćwiczenia spośród tych, które są dostępne dla Użytkowników. Niektóre z Ćwiczeń oraz Nagrania są dostępne wyłącznie dla Zarejestrowanych Użytkowników. Po wyborze odpowiedniego Ćwiczenia oraz Nagrania można je wykonywać zgodnie z poleceniami pojawiającymi się na ekranie.
2. Zarejestrowany Użytkownik może umożliwić Kursantowi faktyczne korzystanie z Ćwiczeń oraz Nagrań. Postanowienia zawarte w ust. 3 oraz 4 odnoszą się również do Kursanta, w zakresie w jakim Zarejestrowany Użytkownik umożliwił mu faktyczne korzystanie z Ćwiczeń oraz Nagrań.
3. Edu Bears umożliwia Zarejestrowanym Użytkownikom dostęp do wszystkich dostępnych Ćwiczeń oraz Nagrań. Ćwiczenia oraz Nagrania dla Zarejestrowanych Użytkowników dostępne są po zalogowaniu do Serwisu Internetowego. Po zalogowaniu istnieje możliwość wyboru odpowiedniego rozdziału, a następnie odpowiedniego Ćwiczenia. Po wyborze odpowiedniego Ćwiczenia należy je wykonywać zgodnie z poleceniami pojawiającymi się na ekranie.
4. Usługi związane z umożliwieniem dostępu do Ćwiczeń oraz Nagrań mają charakter jednorazowy i ulegają zakończeniu z momentem opuszczenia strony z Ćwiczeniem oraz Nagraniem. Opuszczenie tej strony może nastąpić w dowolnym momencie.
1. Dane osobowe Zarejestrowanych Użytkowników oraz Kursantów są przetwarzane przez Edu Bears jako administratora danych.
2. Szczegółowe postanowienia dotyczące przetwarzania danych osobowych przez Edu Bears określone są w dokumencie Polityka Prywatności dostępnym w Serwisie Internetowym i stanowiącym załącznik do niniejszego Regulaminu.
1. Treść Regulaminu jest dostępna dla wszystkich osób bezpłatnie w Serwisie Internetowym. Regulamin może być w każdym czasie przeglądany i drukowany.
2. Edu Bears jest uprawniony do zmiany niniejszego Regulaminu z powodów takich jak zmiana przepisów prawa, zmiana danych podawanych w formularzu służącym do Rejestracji lub zmiana funkcjonalności Serwisu Internetowego. Zmiana Regulaminu wchodzi w życie w terminie wskazanym przez Edu Bears – który każdorazowo nie będzie krótszy niż 7 dni od dnia udostępnienia nowego Regulaminu w Serwisie Internetowym.
3. Każdy Zarejestrowany Użytkownik posiadający Konto zostanie poinformowany o zmianach w Regulaminie. W związku z tym, że usługa związana z Kontem ma charakter ciągły, zmiany Regulaminu dotyczące tej usługi wiążą Zarejestrowanego Użytkownika, jeżeli nie wypowiedział on umowy dotyczącej Konta w terminie 7 dni od dnia powiadomienia go o zmianach. Wypowiedzenie może zostać przesłane za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej na adres placzabaw@teddyeddie.pl lub pisemnie na adres: Edu Bears spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k., ul. Wolności 347, 41-800 Zabrze. W przypadku wypowiedzenia umowy dotyczącej Konta, Edu Bears niezwłocznie usunie Konto Zarejestrowanego Użytkownika.
4. W sprawach nieuregulowanych w niniejszym Regulaminie mają zastosowanie powszechnie obowiązujące przepisy prawa polskiego, w szczególności: Kodeks cywilny, ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną, oraz ustawa o prawach konsumenta.

Whenever the Regulations refer to:
1) Edu Bears – it should be understood as the entity referred to in § 1 section 2;
2) Accredited Center – it ought to be understood as an Accredited Teddy Eddie Center, where Teddy Eddie courses are conducted;
3) Service – it ought to be understood as the website at www.playground.teddyeddie.com and available as mobile applications on Android and iOS systems;
4) User – it ought to be understood as an entity using the Website that does not have an Account;
5) Registered User – it should be understood as an entity using the Website, who has an Account and who is the legal guardian of the Student or an employee of the Accredited Center;
6) Student – it should be understood as a child who is a participant of the Teddy Eddie course conducted in the Accredited Center, to whom the Registered User has allowed or intends to enable the actual use of the Website;
7) Registration – it ought to be understood as the User’s use of the functionality of the Website in the form of a registration form by providing relevant data, leading to the creation of an Account;
8) KAccount – it ought to be understood as the functionality of the Website, which allows, after logging in to the Website with an individual login and code, access to resources in the IT system in the form of a full version of Exercises and Recordings;
9)Exercises – this ought to be understood as the functionality of the Website that allows you to perform exercises related to learning English, in accordance with the instructions appearing on the screen.
10) Recordings – this ought to be understood as the functionality of the Website enabling the use of audio materials intended for
learning English.
1. Edu Bears provides electronic services on the Service. These services consist of:
1) enabling the creation of an Account and enabling access to this Account;
2) providing the Users with selected types of Exercises; Exercises available to Users are visible after clicking the „Guest” tab;
3) providing Registered Users with the full version of the Exercises and Recordings; the full version of the Exercises and Recordings are visible after clicking the „Login / Registration” tab and logging in by a Registered User to the Account;
2. A registered User has access to the services referred to in sec. 1.3 only in the school year in which the Student attends the classes.
3. The User / Registered User is obliged to use the Service in accordance with these Regulations and the law. The User / Registered User is obliged not to provide illegal content.
4. The User / Registered User has the right to file a complaint regarding the Digital Services, referred to in this paragraph. The complaint may be submitted, in particular, via e-mail to the following address: playground@teddyeddie.com or in writing to the following address: Edu Bears spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k., ul. Wolności 347, 41-800 Zabrze.
5. Edu Bears will consider the complaint and reply to it no later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
6. In order to properly use the Service and all its functionalities, it is necessary to meet the technical requirements in the form of: having access to the Internet, with Windows 10 or newer, OS X 11 or newer (computer), Android 9.0 or newer, IOS 13.0 or newer (mobile device), having an e-mail account (in the case of Registered Users), as well as installing the latest version of the web browser on the device: Edge, Opera, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox or Safari. Cookies should be enabled in the web browser used.
1. An account may only be opened by persons who are legal guardians of children participating in the Teddy Eddie course conducted at one of the Accredited Centers or who are employees of the Accredited Center.
2. Creating an Account requires:
1) providing an e-mail address at the Accredited Center and receiving an invitation by e-mail to the above-mentioned email address;
2) completing the Registration form available on the Service by providing the required data, i.e. the e-mail address referred to in point 1 and the code received electronically as well as the name of the Student or his / her own (in the case of employees of the Accredited Center) – if required;
3) accepting the provisions of these Regulations and the Privacy Policy; a declaration of acceptance of the Regulations and the Privacy Policy is submitted electronically by selecting the appropriate options during the Registration process;
4) clicking the appropriate button ending the Registration.
3. The Registered User is obliged to provide correct and true data in the Registration form.
4. The Registered User shall receive confirmation of the Account creation in an e-mail sent to the address provided in the Registration form.
5. Access to the Account is possible after logging in to the Service. Logging in takes place by filling in the appropriate form and providing the required data, ie e-mail address and code, and clicking the „Log in” button.
6.The service of access to the Account is provided for a specified period of time – from the moment of obtaining access until August 31 following the end of the school year in which the Student has the opportunity to set up an account on the Website. However, a registered User has the option to resign from it at any time, without giving any reason. Resignation from this service may take place by sending Edu Bears relevant information, in particular via e-mail to the following address: playground@teddyeddie.com or in writing to the following address: Edu Bears spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k., ul. Wolności 347, 41-800 Zabrze. After submitting the statement, Edu Bears will immediately delete the Registered User Account.
1. Edu Bears enables Users to access selected types of Exercises. Exercises for Users are available after clicking the „Guest” tab. After clicking on it, the User will be able to select the appropriate chapter, and then the appropriate Exercises from among those available to Users. Some of the Exercises and Recordings are available only to Registered Users. After selecting the appropriate Exercises and Recordings, you can perform them according to the instructions on the screen.
2. The Registered User may enable the Student to actually use the Exercises and Recordings. The provisions contained in sec. 3 and 4 also apply to the Student, to the extent that the Registered User has enabled him to actually use the Exercises and Recordings.
3. Edu Bears enables Registered Users to access all available Exercises and Recordings. Exercises and Recordings for Registered Users are available after logging in to the Service. After logging in, you can choose the appropriate chapter and then the appropriate Exercises. After selecting the appropriate Exercises, they should be performed in accordance with the instructions on the screen.
4. Services related to enabling access to Exercises and Recordings are of a one-off nature and are terminated upon leaving the
page with the Exercise and Recording. You may leave this page at any time.
1. Personal data of Registered Users and Students are processed by Edu Bears as the data administrator.
2. Detailed provisions regarding the processing of personal data by Edu Bears are specified in the Privacy Policy document available on the Service and constituting an appendix to these Regulations..
1.The content of the Regulations is available to all persons free of charge on the Service. The regulations may be viewed and printed at any time.
2. Edu Bears is entitled to amend these Regulations for reasons such as changing the law, changing the data provided in the Registration form or changing the functionality of the Service. The amendment to the Regulations comes into force on the date indicated by Edu Bears – which each time will not be shorter than 7 days from the date of publishing the new Regulations on the Service
3. Each Registered User with an Account will be informed about changes to the Regulations. Due to the fact that the service related to the Account is of a continuous nature, changes to the Regulations regarding this service shall bind the Registered User, if he has not terminated the contract regarding the Account within 7 days from the date of notification of the changes. The termination may be sent via e-mail to the following address: playground@teddyeddie.com or in writing to the following address: Edu Bears spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k., ul. Wolności 347, 41-800 Zabrze. In the event of termination of the Account agreement, Edu Bears shall immediately delete the Registered User Account.
4. In matters not covered by these Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the CivilCode, the Act on the provision of electronic services, and the Act on consumer rights.
